May Meeting at Fresh Slices: Sin no More by Kimberla Lawson Roby

We had a great time out at the What’s Happening Myron Book Club Meeting this past Saturday. We had a change of venue just for a month as we met at Fresh Slices Midtown. Local Author Sherri Scott stopped by to speak about her new book “Never Cast Your Pearls”. We had a great discussion about our latest book “Sin No More” by Kimberla Lawson Roby. It seems like the Reverend Curtis Black was somewhat “tame” in this book. I look forward to next month as we continue the Reverend Curtis Black Series with “The Best of Everything”. Mark it on your calendar for June 15th from 4 until 6 pm. We are back at TJ Mulligan’s for the Month of June. It’s located at 362 North Main in Downtown Memphis.
