July Local Featured Author: Ms. Linda F. Delaney

Linda F. Delaney is the President of LFD Consulting, LLC, an organizational management consulting agency, with more than 18 years of organizational/employee development, leadership, and management experience.

She is the author of two books: “Stewardship: A Matter of Principle” and “In the Shadows of Greatness”. She is also the co-author of “Empowerment Evaluation - Celebrating Conceptual Clarity.” She hosts a television show on the Memphis local cable network titled “Another Perspective”.  Aside from being an author, she founded PMA World, LLC, a publishing company through which she has distributed personal development books and audio CDs.

She is a 2014 graduate of the Delta Regional Authority’s Executive Academy (DLI) and earned a Master of Business Administration in March 2015.  She is certified in HR Success Competencies by the International Personnel Management Association and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by the City of Memphis.  She is also a member of the National Black MBA Association and chairman of the Arkansas Group of Evaluators. (AGES) She resides in Cordova, Tennessee with her 2 year old Shih Tzu, Merlot.
